I have a website that is called afathersstory.ca. My web site has been ordered off the internet by a Calgary Court judge or face the consequences of being put in jail. My website afathersstory.ca is a blog that exposes the bias of the Justice System against fathers in divorce and child custody cases.
My story is not an unusual one. Fathers, mothers and grandparents are being denied the basic right to see there children because of $500 an hour lawyers and judges who are only interested in protecting their legal industry of making money off of loving caring parents like you and me.
Kevin Newman of Global T.V. personally called me up and told me to join Fathers 4 Justice and rally the people of Canada as to the plight of divorce parents and their children across this great country of ours.I was featured on Global T.V.’s News Hour in Calgary in 2006 stating that we should put access to our children in the hands of qualified psychiatrists and psychologists and not lawyers who charge $500 per hour. The next day the judge put me in jail for 30 days on a contempt charge.I ended up loosing my business and going bankrupt.
In 2010 I opened up Vancouver’s largest and most successful used car dealership that would sell over 100 cars every month.It was at the corner of Hastings and Clark and was called CC Motor Car Sales.I would offer all my customers the opportunity to get an extra $100 discount after negotiations if they would make a comment on my web site afathersstory.ca. I also offered to put their name in a monthly draw in which I would give a free car away every month to who ever made a comment on my website. Unfortunately only 2 or 3 people out of the 100 sales a month would make a comment on my website.
My website basically documents my 69 times to divorce court on access to my now 11 year old son. I currently get my son 1 weekend a month at a cost of $2,000 per month.
On September 2013 my investor in CC Motor Car sales said he wanted to be partner in my business. I told him I did not want a partner and he called the police and had me kicked off of my car lot. I had put the business in his name for his security. Big mistake. I was kicked of my car lot that I built from scratch with $20 in my pocket.
In November 2013 I started a new business that I call Fathers 4 Justice Auto Sales. I operate under Luxor Motor Sports license and I transformed it into Vancouver’s largest used car dealership that has 200 vehicles under $7,000. I advertise my website afathersstory.ca with every car. l am still trying to rally the people of Canada as to the abusive Family Court Justice System that uses Canadian children as pawns to extort money from their parents.
My divorce nightmare is almost over due to my son’s age. My goal now is to save the next family from these vultures that call themselves our judges and lawyers.I do not think the system is broken. I think the people that operate the system are broken. They have forgotten that they are suppose to act in the best interest of our children. Instead the operate on what is in the best interest of their pocket book.They need to be held accountable for their lies and manipulation of Canadian family’s and their children.
Please help me use my story as an example of what can, and will happen to the next family, unless these judges are held accountable. Please help me protect Canada’s most important resource. Our Children

You and I spoke in the past about our respective experiences in our Divorces at the Court of Queen’s Bench in Calgary. You and I were victimized in the same manner, by the same gang of criminals who have been dominating the Federal Court and the Legal System in Alberta, especially in Calgary, for evidently much too long. It didn’t take long in my own experience, before I realized that in fact, I was a hostage of a cohesive consortium of individuals, who operated like a Mafia, who shared common colossal arrogance, shockingly blatant criminality and blood curdling callous disregard to the humanity of the public. I knew my children and I were not the only victims, and that we won’t be the last, of the same corrupt Judges and Lawyers who victimized us.
I want to update you and tell you that I filed a lawsuit against four individuals, amongst them 3 lawyers, one Bob Boyden, the other, Christine Silverberg, the former Chief of Police. Bob Boyden represented me. He committed a criminal conspiracy with Diann Castle, of Castle and associates, who is not named in this lawsuit. Bob Boyden suddenly up and left to Mexico….
My actions led other victims to contact me; the depth of corruption we have uncovered is shocking, terrifying; horrible. This case is starting to smoke out of control.
I remember expressing to you at the time, my sense men and women, are in fact, facing the same menace. The problem is not prejudice against men, but prejudice against anyone who happens to be on the other side of the personal interests of member of this gang. Often the prejudice against someone begins as soon as one person fucks up, and in danger of public exposure. It’s not difficult to cause unprofessional lazy assholes, to make mistakes. Also, there is a balance of intimidation in a group of unscrupulous people who have too much dirt on one another. If one falls, the other falls… As soon as the victimized party complains, the complainant becomes hunted like an animal, by hunters from all directions, as if they were robots. There is an obvious concerted coordinated effort to shut people up, by all means.
One definite interest that drives these criminals is unadulterated desire to loot of the public. Christine Silverberg, left the Police Force, to start a looting operation, to become a multi millionaire quickly, and end her career as a Judge. Now that I have met other victims, I am more confident than ever, that you and I faced the same problems in our respective divorces. Our respective genders had nothing to do with it.
