I received a sarcastic letter from a person who refers to themselves as “Crymea River”.
I believe this person is in the the legal industry and is trying to get me to stop fighting for
access to my son by using my web site afathersstory.ca. and my business cccarsales.ca This person refers to me as ( friend ) which is a common phrase used by lawyers.
Here is the letter I received……
If you put as much effort into bettering your life and showing that you are a responsible
adult instead of a loud mouth malcontent you might be better served. I for one am very
surprised that you have not been slapped with a defamation suit on top of all of this. You
talk trash about pretty much every lawyer and judge whose path you cross, do you think
they donʼt read this crap?? You have shot yourself in the foot one to many times friend.
There were better ways of going about this, you have screwed yourself.

I am trying to better my life. I am trying to get reasonable access to my 10 year old son. Here is my current access schedule for the next 4 months with my son.
After 69 times to divorce court, 10 years of legal hell, and 9 Calgary judges, my access is not much different as it was 10 years ago when I started this legal nightmare.
You are right Mr.or Mrs. Crymea River. I was screwed the moment I walked into divorce court in Alberta by Judges and Lawyerʼs that use children as pawns to extort money from loving caring parents across Canada.
My mother in law a rich doctor in Calgary divorced my fatherinlaw a richer doctor in Calgary for 17 years. My father in law said it was over a financial matter.
The point I an trying to make Mr. or Mrs. Crymea River is that the Family Justice System in Canada is screwed. It does not matter if you are a rich doctor or a used car salesman. It does not matter if you go to court over a financial matter or access to your child. The family justice system in Canada is designed by liars for liars. I mean lawyers.
In regards to be slapped with a defamation suit. I am not worried. Every thing that is on my web site is the truth.
Lawyer Jane Hoffman is a lying legal horror and she knows it. She will not sue because she knows I am telling the truth. She has wasted my time and my money with help of judges who blatantly lie in court.
There is only one person that can get me to take my web site down and that is my son.He does not care about my web site. He just cares about seeing his mom and dad.
If Justice Ged Hawco wants to take away my Canadian Charter of rights and freedoms and put me in Jail for 30 days on a contempt charge. So be it. I believe the truth expressed on my web site and the 3000 hits a month that I receive is the only thing that will keeps me OUT OF JAIL on Sept 25 2012 when I go back to court.

You are absolutely right Chris! And don’t let these shameful haters of men tell you any different. The problem is men have not fought hard enough for their rights historically and now that we are standing up in greater and greater numbers — People like this just want to try to shame you back in your box and be a good little wallet for a corrupt system gone mad. . Then they can just call you a dead beat dad, and sweep you under the rug like so many before you. You can’t win with these people, they are just haters.
I agree, this site and documenting your work in this is not doing any harm for your son. In fact, when he gets old enough to fully understand this situation, has to deal with this for his own life, you can then show him what a father’s love means and all the time and effort you endured on his behalf. He will have nothing but respect for you and this relationship after all is the most important thing.
Today’s men’s rights movement is just ripe with young men and boys that grew up in these hurtful, lawless, intellectually bankrupt environments being created like it is here for your son and they are not at all fooled. I can’t tell you just how many stories I have heard by literally thousands of young men who have had their fathers pushed out of their lives by an evil X-wife and or the violence by proxy created by this corrupt system as you have so clearly demonstrated again here. .

You are a very brave man and I admire your determination. I’m also intimately familiar with the AB Family Law world as well as MEP. It’s a horrible fate to be excluded from a young child’s life while getting stonewalled and lied to. Good luck to you and your young son.

It is stories like this and experiences I’ve seen other caring Father’s/Husbands go through, which have guided me to the realization that getting married and having Children is not a wise path for the modern Man to take. At almost 34 years of age, I’m watching good Men get financially and mentally drained by the family courts, who will 99% of the time, side with the emotionally spastic female and leave the Male scratching his head at the absolute ridiculousness of it all. Keep fighting the good fight. Hopefully more Men will fight for their rights and stop the femenists and shamers from getting everything, mostly out of spite. CHILDREN are the #1 priority, and few judges, lawyers or women display the integrity of your average, everyday Man. Yes, I capitalized Man, and not judges, lawyers or women.

My separation battle( common law a woman from Ukraine a former state of Russia ) was ongoing for 2 years. Have a 7 year old daughter with my ex-girlfriend ( the russian / ukrainian girl in the age of 39 ) She started the battle with a restraining Order and exclusive possession of my house with its contents. I had a suitcase with my clothes and my vehicle. Nothing else.
She was asking for 3000 $ partner support and 800 $ for child support on top. Furthermore she want share of all my properties and assets. I used to live with her for about 4 years and had a common-law contract which excluded everything for her.
During this time she acused me for uttering threats which ended for me in Jail for one day. She accused me for sexual child abusing which was a lie.
I lost my driver license and my canadian passport ( now you can keep em )
through MEP. These People from MEP are brutal and with NO MERCY they act like the nazis in the Third Reich.
My legal fees ended up in 140000 Dollar and Partner support for 3 Years and 10000 Dollar for HER LAWYER. All together this legal action my Russian / Ukrainian girlfriend started cost me 220000 CAN Dollar.
But I GOT FULL CUSTODY OF OUR DAUGHTER !!!!
She the Mother has access every 14 days a weekend be excersised only in the city.
All the financial burdens belong to me. She the exgirlfrind had legal aid.
Now she file bankrupcy pay nothing to legal aid Alberta and does not pay child support to me !!!

I feel for you man , I can tell you from personal experience that judges do in fact lie.
In my case I am a black man fighting against the Stormfront (Kkk)
The judge has taken the mothers side even though she admitted to birth certificate fraud. I have been refused DNA and a white man’s name is on my son.
The mother testified she thinks black culture is a silly joke and that I stop acting black.
That the judge used text messages she admitted to heavily editing with the aid of a computer programme as the backbone of his descisions, that he outright lied about evidence and testimony is to me quite predictable .
That he said that his white mother and her white husband can teach my son his African history better than I and that he denies my son my mirror image looks like me, is beyond comprehension. I am not allowed to see my son nor be recognized legally as the father. Access is dependent on wether or not I bow down to racism and treat her with due respect as his mother and this man. The actuall court ruling is a great piece of fiction , when put against the actuall testimony and audio from court is becomes a hit movie.
In my view the only way to beat a broken system is to shatter it. Men need to start self representing this placing such pressure and expense on the system that it becomes so bogged down it cannot function.
