Dear Prime Minister Harper,

Posted on May 31st, 2012 by admin under Uncategorized.

My name is Chris Marshall, I am 52 years old and I am a proud 3rd generation Canadian who’s family came from North Battleford Saskatchewan.

I have been to divorce court 68 times in the last 10 years trying to get reasonable access to my now 10 year old son. I have spent over $500,000 and 30 days in jail.

Four years ago I created a web site called afathersstory.ca documenting my nightmare in Canada’s divorce system. It is a blog that exposes the bias of the justice system against fathers in divorce and child custody cases.

My 10 year old son and 1000’s of other Canadian children need a father in there life.

Eighty percent of fathers that fight for access to there children walk away from there children because of pathetically corrupt divorce system in Canada designed by lawyers.

Lawyer Jane Hoffman blatantly lies in court and say’s my web site afathersstory.ca is filled with swear words and Justice Ged Hawco ordered my web site off the internet or face  a contempt charge that caries a 30 day jail sentence. Been there done that.

There’s no swear words in my web site. How about a perjury charge for Jane Hoffman.
How about putting divorce lawyer Jane Hoffman in jail for 30 days for lying in court.

I feel my web site is the only thing that protects me and hopefully other fathers and children from these monsters that use our children as pawns for Judicial extortion.

I now go back to court on June 4 2012, for the 69 time for reasonable access to my son.

Jane Hoffman is now trying to have my son evaluated by a psychologist who has a 35 year relationship with my ex wife’s family. I would say this is a conflict of interest.

My son loves me and loves his mother. He does not care about my web site. This would only accomplish feelings of guilt for my son if his dads access is taken away.

I would like to ask the people of Canada to make a comment on my web site A Fathers Story. Please do it for the children of our country that need fathers in their lives.

I would like to ask Prime Minister Stephen Harper to send a representative to my divorce case on June 4th to witness the abusive system in his riding of Calgary..

A year ago our Prime Minister stated that he wanted to be remembered as a good father and not as the Prime Minister who saved Canada from the great recession.

Fathers across this country are no different than you sir. Please help us. Please help Canadian children see there dads.

Chris Marshall.

A Missing Lawyer – My Case Stalled – Justice Denied?

Posted on May 18th, 2012 by admin under Uncategorized.

Dear Justice Hawco

My name is Chris Marshall and I need your help. The head judge of Alberta, Justice Neil Wittmann put you in charge of my 10 year divorce regarding access to my son.

Eleven months ago you set up a 6 month access schedule to my 10 year old son.

You allow me to see my son 1 weekend a month with access costs of $2,000 per month.

I have been to court 2 times in the last 5 months and asked you to order Lawyer Jane Hoffman back to court so I can set up my next 6 month access schedule.

Lawyer Jane Hoffman refuses to come to court and it seems like there is nothing I can do about it. I currently have no access schedule to my son that is approved by the court.

I feel I have no choice but to put my signs back in front of the Calgary Court House and start advertising my web site afathersstory.ca. along with my business cccarsales.ca.

I do not want to do this. I just want reasonable access to my son. Is that to much to ask.

Please help me get back into court Justice Ged Hawco. You are in charge of this case. The alternative is me advertising my story in conjunction with my 180 cars on my car lot questioning your ability to come up with a reasonable access schedule to my son.

My son wants to see me twice a month like every other father gets to see there child. My son wants to see me 2 weeks in July and 2 weeks in August like every other father.

The Judicial code of ethics states that Judges should expect to be constantly scrutinized by the public.

Kevin Newman of Global T.V. called me and told me to join join Fatherʼs 4 Justice and fight for my right and all other fatherʼs rightʼs to see there children

I do not want to be the spokes person for parents fighting for the right to see their children. However, If you will not grant me reasonable access to my son I will put 100 Fathers 4 Justice signs around my car lot and scrutinize your ability as a Judge.

Life is too short for all this negative energy. Please order Lawyer Jane Hoffman back to court and help me set up a fair access schedule to my son. The ball is in your court Justice Hawco. You decide which way we go.
