For the Sake of the Children

My name is Chris Marshall and I created Vancouver’s largest and most successful Used
Car Dealership so I could Fight Corrupt Divorce Court Judges and Lawyers in Calgary, Alberta.

The Judicial Code of Ethics states that Judges should expect to be constantly scrutinized.

I believe that the following 9 Judges in Calgary Alta. are a bunch of lying legal horrors
that use our children as pawns, so that sleazy divorce lawyers like Jane Hoffman of
Arkel Damon Hoffman can charge loving caring parents like you and me $500 per hour.

Chief Justice Neil Wittmann, Justice Ged Hawco, Justice Clark, Justice Sullivan, Justice
J Coutu, Justice C Kenney, Justice E Lovecchio, Justice Hormer, and Justice E Hughes.

I am disappointed being put into the position of having to say the things I have to say,
and do the things I have to do, in order to see my 10 year old son who loves me dearly.

The justice system is a joke and parents should not have to go through this Nightmare
Please Help a Parent fight for all Parent’s and Grandparents rights to see their children.

Please help me encourage the media to do a story on these corrupt Judges and lawyers
by making a comment on my website. CC Motors will will give you $100 off on any of our
180 cars, plus a chance to win a Free car every month. You have nothing to loose….

Please support Bill C-422 Canada This Bill is titled ” For the Sake of the Children
This Bill takes the power away from the corrupt system and gives it back to the Family.

Please click here to read the transcript to my 66th time to Divorce Court. Read
how the judge threatens to put me in prison unless I stop fighting for access to my son.

Imagine you could not see your child. Most fathers walk away. I won’t. Please Comment.

Chris Marshall

P.S. If anyone from Alberta makes a comment and purchases a car from CC Motors,
we will pay for your airfare and insurance home. We sell over 100 cars every month.

His Mother’s Pawn; A Child’s Story

Reading your story brings back deeply painful memories for me as a child. My father went through a very similar struggle to maintain access and some sort of a relationship with us kids as my mother allowed her so-called friends and  family to convince her to take my father for a much as she could and to feel free to use us children as pawns in their twisted little games.

My father on the brink of buying a second home ended up spending close to $300,000 in legal fees alone. My mom got 1/2 of what was left and my poor father was forced to sell everything he had including his car and take out a new mortgage on house he just finished paying for just to hold on to it. The judge awarded full custody of us children to my mother and gave my father only weekend visits.

One of worst days of my life was one night I got into a fight with my mom about convincing me to steal my dad’s coin collection that she told me was mine. She took it from my drawer and sold them for next to nothing compared to their real value, so I went to my father’s home looking to get away from the insanity and some fatherly support and understanding.

Next thing I know, the police are knocking on his door and treating my father like a hardened criminal in his own home. His crime? Opening his door to his oldest son looking for some help. They locked him up for over 48 hours for nothing more than loving his own kid. I can’t think of anything more morally incorrect for a society to do than to interfere with any parents need to love and help their children. To this deal I feel deep guilt and remorse for what I felt was my fault for putting my dad in jail.

You keep on fighting brother, you keep fighting for your son. If there is one thing I respect more than anything, it’s a father that is willing to go to the end of the world for his children.

Good Luck,

Kurt Ergen
