DON’T THINK, JUST COOPERATE…………. I’M A LAWYER
Here’s a comment from someone visiting my blog:
nice example you are setting for others, if you dont like the way things are going, start a temper tantrum. Things happen for a reason, but the way you bash lawyers and judges, from a man who doesnt even have his high school diploma. I have sent the addy of your little site here to my team to see if there is anything here that may be liable you better hope not. Its one thing to disagree with people its another all together to slander them.
I suppose I could keep my mouth shut like he or she suggests. I suppose I could blindly believe that “Things happen for a reason”.
I don’t need a high school diploma to smell a rat, this comment is from an apologist for the slimy legal industry. This person is a lawyer. Must be, look at the spelling.
I sell used cars, and my industry gets a bad wrap all the time. Just because the legal trade is populated by over-educated underachievers doesn’t make it any less sleazy. Lawyers may tell themselves they are vital to the smooth operation of the legal system and they are. My problem is the reality of excessive fees, and sloppy work.
One example of your complete disregard for the rules is the time that you admit to being one hour late being your son back to his mother. What did you expect would happen, you spit in the face of the judge, rules are rules. I f you truly wanted your son back, you would follow them to the letter and not try to “bully” your way around the courts…you will not win that way believe me. I know and have dealt with people like you my whole life, you think its unfair…and yeah maybe in a way its unfortunate but you show no signs of cooperating instead you come online and in great detail explain about how you have spent sooo much money on hotels and this and that, save your money settle yourself down just a little. THe courst now are making an example of you trust me. The dont take to kindly to be bashed here on your little site as well as to anyone who wll give you the time of day.
Does this person think I enjoy exposing my private life?
Firstly, I have never spit in the face of a judge, my problem isn’t with any one judge. My problem is with the law as it now stands.
If everybody does as this lawyer suggests, I’m sure the lawyer’s life will be less complicated. Justice is messy, sorry pal. It takes people standing up to a failed system to change it.
The family law in Canada is unfair to fathers, that is wrong. Suppose we accept that the law is unfair, who will change it? Certainly not the above “cooperation lawyer”. It’s in the interests of every family law lawyer to maintain the status quo, steady as she goes.
